Self-sufficient hobs / induction hobs made by ORANIER-Küchentechnik
The self sufficient hobs (HiLight hobs and induction hobs) made by ORANIER Küchentechnik provide high end functionality and operating comfort.
Thanks to the functionality, induction hobs only heat up the bottom of the pots which leads the heat directly to the food. Thereby the cooking works out much faster and is able to react with more agility to changes of the heat dose. In casy some food falls aside the pot there is no problem of burning-in because the area around the pot stays cold.
The self sufficient HiLight hobs are equipped with high performance cook zones and high operating comfort.
Advantage: A HiLight hob or induction hob can be placed anywhere in the kitchen independend of an oven.
